Pyramid's Supplier Diversity program

Pyramid's Supplier Diversity program incorporates economic development through direct purchasing power, mentorship, networking and sponsorship. Pyramid is committed to purchasing goods and services from certified minority businesses. By including qualified diverse suppliers, we increase our competitive advantage while also providing Clients with cost effective and innovative solutions. These mutually beneficial relationships contribute to our success, and to that of our diverse suppliers.

Mentorship : mentored the Principals of a Georgia-based management group to successfully navigate the MBE certification process, and to ultimately create and implement a strategic business plan.

Business Matchmaking: Pyramid has facilitated introductions and brokered meetings between our Suppliers and our Clients for a variety of services and products.

Tier One Participation at Customer Sponsored Events: Pyramid has identified potential tier two participants for Clients during their Supplier Diversity events.

Panel Participation: Pyramid executives regularly sit on Customer and Industry panels that focus on minority business issues.

BDPA (Black Data Processors Association)

Pyramid has partnered with BDPA (Black Data Processors Association – www.bdpa.org ) for many years through financial contribution, event sponsorship, executive presentations and panel participation. BDPA is an international organization with a diverse membership of professionals and students at all levels in the fields of information technology, computer science and related S.T.E.M fields. Members are actively engaged in serving the community through outreach and charting the future of the IT industry.

NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council)

Pyramid has partnered with NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council – www.nmsdc.org) for the last decade through regional councils, mentorship programs, event sponsorship, panel participation and business opportunity fairs and national conferences. The NMSDC advances business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises and connects them to corporate members.
