Pyramid Consulting is seeking a self-starting Executive Administrative Assistant for a long-term career opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant within staffing who is looking to take their career to the next level with an industry leader. Pyramid is in active growth mode, with a unique opportunity to add a member to our Operations team.


Seeking a dynamic individual to provide support and assistance to a high level executive. The selected individual must have customer service leadership skills as well as having exposure to the staffing industry.


  • Passion to succeed in staffing industry.
  • Data entry/analysis.
  • Develop and maintain filing system for records.
  • Coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication verbal and written skills.



  • Must have proven leadership, strategic thinking, relationship building, marketing, customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with all corporate levels.
  • Prefer someone with intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience a plus!
