Job Duties: Develop automation framework and validate different middleware systems and databases such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Hadoop and perform mainframe testing. Conduct Smoke, Back-end, Black-Box, User Acceptance, Functional, Positive/Negative, System, Regression, GUI Software, Ad-hoc, and Boundary Value Testing. Manage and enhance various automation framework models such as BDD, TDD, Hybrid, Keyword, Data Driven, and Keyword Driven. Execute functional and automation test scripts within release timelines. Debug and test utilizing Java, Cucumber, TESTNG, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Rest Assured, HTTP Clients, and Kafka Queue. Work on E-to-E automation for multiple software application types such as Web based UI, Middleware, Rest API, Backend applications and database testing. Handle Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and manage projects. Find and track bugs, perform signing-off, test closure with summary and send stories for acceptance within iteration timelines. Participate in triage calls for defects, sprint planning meetings, scrum, backlog grooming, sprint review and retrospective meetings. Collaborate and coordinate with managers and provide updates on status, upcoming project and planning.

 Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
