The Solutions Sales Director (Telecommunications) is to build out the entire Telecommunications and Cable vertical for Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a unit head/Segment leader role reporting directly to the CEO. This job will require setting up the Telco vision, building out a large team, adding domain consultants and ensuring that the unit is set up to be recognized in the industry as a Telco domain leader. This is an opportunity to set the vision, growth, direction and establish an operating functional unit for Pyramid with investment possibility inorganic acquisition of business based on a business case.
Profile:
- 10-12 years working in the TMT or Telco communications vertical with an SI
- Managed Sales, Sales enabling functions
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 Telco companies
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 MSO companies (Cable)
- USA sales leadership—selling into Telcos/CSPs in the Americas
- Managed P&L for 100M + book of business
- Account growth as a team
- Account management across multiple accounts
- Ability to create large teams and making them productive fast
- BSS/OSS Transformation, Telco Digital transformation
- Team building and enabling leaders to succeed
