Job Duties: Lead complex, large-scale and companywide technology initiatives with broad business impact. Design, write, modify, enhance, test, debug, and document enterprise software applications using Java and related technologies (Java, Spring, Kafka, Messaging Queues, SQL, AWS). Install, configure, support, maintain, and upgrade required software, tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve performance and operational efficiency. Define and drive companywide engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for scalable systems. Review and analyze complex technology solutions against tactical and strategic business objectives and enterprise environments. Assist in creating interface, integration, and technical design documents. Perform integration and system testing, participate in code reviews, and technical evaluations. Collaborate with senior technology leaders, subject matter experts, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical challenges. Lead projects, mentor peers, and guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
