Job Duties: Manage build, release, change, and deployment processes for major projects. Provide production support. Utilize services such as IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, ELB, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch. Use Ansible for configuration management and write playbooks. Support CI/CD using tools like Ansible, XLR, Vanguard, uDeploy, CAIL, Jenkins, and JIRA. Triage lower-level and production incidents with L3 and Middleware teams. Monitor issues, determine root causes, and resolve them using Splunk, Dynatrace, and SOAPUI testing tools. Manage multiple infrastructure environments including Development, Staging, QA, and Production. Continuously evaluate and improve existing CI/CD/Test pipelines and processes. Support and enhance production-like environments to ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability required for customer deployment. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline processes. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform. Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure that solutions are scalable and reliable. Create and update runbooks and operational guides. Required Tools and Technologies: AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, Ansible, Jenkins, Splunk, Terraform, Python, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

Other: Full Time.  Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
