We are now looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team

Are you passionate about managing communities, a fan of engaging with people, and someone who
wants to be working at the forefront of community management? We are looking for a social,
ambitious person who understands the power of communities to lead our community function in
Helsinki to help us increase our community engagement and boost peoples’ happiness. We hope
you are a curious fast-learner who communicates fluently in English and thrives in the
fast-phased startup world.

As our next colleague, you will be working closely with all the different Maria 01 teams and
functions e.g. networks, events, marketing, and operations. In this position, you will have
a unique opportunity to take our community management to the next level. Your approach will
be proactive and you are able to discover the early signals coming from our member companies
and individuals, and be able to translate them into real actions. Your main tools will be
hosting and attending live/virtual meetings and events and connecting with our members on a
daily basis, in addition, you will engage and build community activities and benefits
utilising our digital tools such as Slack and Maria 01 Member Portal. We expect you to have
the ability to map out and execute ideas on how to improve engagement within our digital
channels.

We think this role will suit someone who has experience in community building, events
management, and content creation. We are looking for a Community Manager with the ability to
develop the function as a whole and make us grow in the relevant metrics. You will be
reporting directly to our Chief Impact Officer.

We are now looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team

  • Ownership of Maria 01 membership onboarding and community engagement process
  • ​​Organising regular 1on1s with community members to engage and connect them with our

    campus and networks
  • Ownership of community checkups and collecting feedback (e.g. NPS survey process) with
    Maria 01 member companies and individuals

    environment
