Pyramid Consulting is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Manager. This is an opportunity for an individual who will be maintaining and supporting a Premier Global Banking client with the potential of generating $20M to $50M annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in New Business Development acquiring New Clients (IT, Non-IT, Professional, Engineering).
  • Prior experience acquiring new business opportunities in following areas: Contract/Perm Placements, Managed Services, SOW, Hire/Train/Deploy (HTD) Model.
  • Extensive experience with bringing and managing New Customers.
  • Experience managing existing customers.
  • Prior Successful experience of providing YOY Growth.
  • Extensive experience in providing Account Management support for high volume requirements.
  • Experience working with MSP, Procurements, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Business Team/Leadership, and Hiring Managers.
  • Extensive experience of Leading and Managing SI, Mid-Market & Enterprise Customers.
  • Strong ability of working in fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Able to attend Technology and Client Events.
  • Being part of Technology and Networking Group.

  • Technology knowledge: Java, .NET, C#, Python, Scala, JEE, .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Database, NoSQL, Hadoop, Big Data, AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, QA, Automation, Selenium, Cucumber, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project/Program Management, Agile, Scrum.
