    – Golang, TypeScript, Java, React

    – Agile methodologies 
  • Cultural alignment: Training also included modules reflecting the client’s core values, work ethic, and communication style to ensure smooth integration. 

Business outcomes 

Our solution delivered a measurable impact: 

  • Onboarding success: 25+ engineers placed in the first cohort — all onboarded as full-time employees, meeting aggressive project timelines. 
  • Retention and advancement: Over 60% of the first HTD cohort were promoted to SDE 2 or equivalent within two years, with compensation increases of up to 50%. 
  • Cost optimization: The client achieved significant savings by hiring from Tier 2 / 3 regions without compromising on quality.
