Job Duties: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Flink for real-time stream processing and Java with Spark for big data processing. Create efficient data workflows for real-time analytics, event-driven applications, and stream processing. Integrate Salesforce with business systems. Optimize customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to unify customer data, personalize experiences, and enhance marketing strategies. Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics and business automation. Develop and maintain robust ETL processes and ensure data integrity. Apply advanced AI/ML models for improving data-driven decision-making and automation in data workflows. Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal performance and scalability of data systems. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of data solutions while optimizing code for better efficiency. Work with Python, Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Flink, Java, Spark, and apply basic Rust knowledge as needed.

Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Data Science or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
