While Contract and Contract-to-hire resources empower our clients with the flexibility of finding the right resources for all project requirements, our Managed Staffing services help customers create blended pods to ensure greater efficiencies. A Pyramid Pod is a team-in-a-box that can be as small as five resources or sizable per the customer’s requirement. For example, the Agile development Pod structure typically consists of 6 to 8 resources - a lead, two senior developers, three junior developers, and two testers. Customers can also deploy multiple Pods as per their workload demands. Our Pods provide all the flexibilities of traditional staffing. Moreover, the added benefit of being a cohesive team works seamlessly in exceeding our customers’ expectations regarding the project deliverables. Since our Pods are “fully-managed”; they eliminate the pain of screening, interviewing, managing, and retaining the right talent.

Pyramid Consulting’s Employer of Record (Payrolling) solutions help our clients reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve the overall employee or contractor journey. The program leverages technology through a highly configurable online onboarding system that streamlines the process for both - the employees and the clients. We help you engage talent safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws. Moreover, all this is measured and reported via our client performance dashboard. As the employees and contractors transition out of the assignments, they leverage our redeployment program and land their next assignment.
